Can we talk about lamb for 2.2 seconds? We know that a lot of folks don’t use lamb as much as beef, chicken, or pork. But we are here to tell you, lamb is savory and doesn’t need to be reserved for special occasions. In the Grier household, we cook with lamb at least once a week whether it’s ground, steak, or mini chops. The versatility of lamb is fantastic and we highly recommend picking up a few lamb steaks, especially if it’s from Superior Farms.
