After smashing and cooking, drizzle with a blend of ranch dressing and buffalo sauce. Top with crumbled blue cheese and chopped green onions.
Cheesy BBQ Ranch Smashed Tacos: Mix a small amount of barbecue sauce into the chicken-broccoli filling with ranch seasoning. After smashing and cooking, sprinkle shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese on the tacos while hot to melt. Drizzle with ranch dressing and top with diced red onion and cilantro.
Sweet Potato & Chicken Ranch Smashed Tacos: Swap broccoli for finely diced or grated sweet potato, lightly sautéed with the chicken to soften. Season with ranch seasoning and a pinch of smoked paprika for depth. Smash into tortillas and cook until crispy. Top with ranch dressing and avocado.
