Video shoot

Today was a busy day. Whew. This time of year things get CRAZY at work.

As tax day quickly approaches, we have to make sure that all of our clients have their investment paperwork in order and ready to go for when they file their taxes. It can be a real sh*t show around our office. But we manage every year to get everything done. Ahhh, the joys of working in the financial industry.

Not only are we busy with taxes, but we are also shooting video to put on our website explaining how we can help you with your 401(k) rollover. And guess who was nominated to be the feature star? Yep, yours truly. You Tube viral here we come! We don’t know what crack pipe our boss was smoking to give him the idea that we were the reliable person for this job. Hello, we have a huge nose?!!

Anyways, we rose to the challenge and got it done.

We will have to show you the video when it’s finished so we can all have a good laugh:) K?

After work we ran in Wash Park because it was sixty and sunny!! Yee-haw!!!! We felt fast today. Good thing we left our Flash outfit at home…wouldn’t want to hurt people’s feelings at the park with our lightening speed.

When we were done with our hero workout, we headed home to do laundry and make dinner.

Here’s what we made:

  • Sauteed Pork Chops with Herbs de Provence
  • Steamed Broccoli with Balsamic Vinegar and Lemon Zest
  • Baby Golden Potatoes with Caramelized Onions

It only took us 30 minutes! Love when that happens.

Since Mr. B is out of town, we are off to catch up on our shows. Bethenny Ever After, anyone? Why is she so addicting? We want to be her BFF.

See ya!
