Skiing With The In-Laws

Rise and shine!

Steamboat got a little dusting last night, five fresh inches to be exact. We love us some fresh snow in the mornin. After a speedy cup of coffee and bagel with cream cheese we were out the door gitty with excitement. When we arrived at the village there was hardly anyone at the mountain. Apparently people missed the memo. Since the rest of the crew arrives this afternoon it was just the four us skiing. Aren’t the in-laws cute? Chuck and Susie are great skiers. They used to take Mr. B and his brothers twice a year on snow vacations…no wonder we struggle to keep up! When we were a little girl, our family vacations consisted of water skiing and tubing at Table Rock Lake. Ah, the things you do for the people you love:) We ended up skiing some fresh tracks…. there is nothing better then floating through fresh powder. Next up, the arrival of the rest of the Griswolds. We hear we are having an extra family member for dinner. We wonder who it could be?
