Everything Omelet Peppers

Everything Omelet Peppers

Everything Omelet Peppers are a simple and savory meal to make for breakfast, lunch, or dinner!

Are you ready?

We're like half ready.

We're definitely ready for longer days and warmer weather. BUT! The other half of us is not ready because Daylight Savings with a five month old baby can’t be good, right?

Everything Omelet Peppers

We've read a few articles on what to do with babies when dealing with time changes. Many of them say to start waking them up 10 minutes early every day so when Sunday comes they are already back on schedule. Does that work?

Charlie is a good baby that adapts pretty well as long as we follow her schedule. We might go rouge and not change a single thing. GASP! But seriously, if you have any words of wisdom on this sleep matter TELL ME! Also, can we just get rid of Daylight Savings!!! K. Thanks.

Well, we guess to combat the hour of lost sleep, we will need some substance. We've made stuffed peppers in the past, but we've always stuffed them with meat and pasta. We don’t know why it took us so long to make them a breakfast thing.

All you need to do is whisk some eggs, add your desired fixings to the peppers, and bake. It’s basically a low maintenance version of an omelet made in a skillet. Only this version can feed a crowd speedy, fast, and in a hurry. Or a hungry mama with a cranky tired baby!
