There’s no place like home
Boy am we glad today is Thursday!
This week hasn’t been awful, we are just so excited to be traveling to Manhattan tomorrow. We love the Little Apple. Love, love, love it.
Not only will we get to see Bill and the boys take on Mizzou, have dinner at Harry’s, hopefully see Frank and Miz Gibson, but most importantly, we get to spend some quality time with the Griswolds! Yay!
But before all of that happens, we have a ton of stuff to do.

After work we stopped by Wash Park again to get our run on. We don’t think we will have time to run while we are in Manhattan. Plus, we just looked at the weather…WTF. Um, excuse us, this is not acceptable. Does anyone have a large parka we can borrow?

Anyways, we did a speedy 4 mile loop. Short and sweet. We also stopped and took a couple of pics of all the flowers, which we have been meaning to do for the longest time.

As we were driving home from the park, we received a text from Megan saying boot camp was canceled tonight because Jennifer was sick.
Whew.
Our arms are still hurting from Tuesdays upper body conditioning. We are weak.. help! Apparently, we need to add push ups to our daily morning routine. Geesh.

Since we didn’t have class, we finished packing. Yay for purple!
Grabbed a carnitas burrito from Illegal Pete’s. Yum. Sipped some red wine. Then clicked our red heels and said, “There’s no place like home. There’s no place like home.” Nite!
