Champagne Cotton Candy on sparkling Pink Limeade

Sparkling Pink Limeade with Champagne Cotton Candy is a fun and festive cocktail to make for Valentine’s Day!
We used to not understand pink.
The color that is.
We have a vivid memory of our mother dressing us up in a pink dress complete with ruffles and lace. We were six at the time and we were going to Easter Sunday mass. We must have blacked out while putting on said dress because all we remember is sitting in the church pew scratching.
Every time we would sit or stand in that ruffled pink explosion we would start to itch and continue down a patch of endless scratching. If we could have ripped that dress off and stood their in our Little Pony unmentionables, we would have.

It was at this point in our clothing career where we made a conscious decision that we are severely allergic to the color pink. So, we banished it from our attire at the ripe old age of six. Never to be worn until, well, we still have trust issues with pink but they are getting better. And what better way to bring back pink into the circle of love than with a cocktail.

May we introduce you to the pink themed must have for this Valentine’s Day: Sparkling Pink Limeade with Champagne Cotton Candy. Isn’t she a beaut? She is almost to pretty to drink. Almost. This cocktail is just a festive drink you could certainly make all year around. BUT! We highly suggest making it for that special someone on Valentine’s Day.
All it takes are two ingredients: bubbles and pink or cherry limeade. Mix together and garnish with our new obsession champagne cotton candy. We found a bucket at Target and had to have it. Seriously, is it not the most festive, love-themed drink ever? Thought so.
