For the lady, a perfectly cooked burger hit the spot, while the gentleman savored a plate of mouth-watering barbecue. To begin, I ordered a homemade granola parfait that was incredibly fresh and bursting with natural flavors – an ideal light and healthy option that hit all the right notes.
However, the true pièce de résistance on their menu, and a dish that left an unforgettable impression, was the Colorado Breakfast Burrito. This magnificent creation comes generously smothered with their award-winning pork green chili. The rich, savory, and perfectly spiced green chili at The Bridgewater Grill is, without exaggeration, some of the best I have ever had.
