I could have easily spent hours wandering through its bustling aisles, sampling pickled fish from the fishmonger, savoring fresh, authentic tacos, inhaling the irresistible aroma of freshly baked breads, and washing it all down with rich, handcrafted ice cream. Beyond the delectable food, the market also hosts a wonderful array of local vendors selling unique and fantastic goods. Instead, they returned to their roots, determined to brew a beer they genuinely loved and enjoyed. This unwavering dedication led to the creation of the now-iconic “Dirty Bastard” brand, which ultimately saved Founders Brewing Co. from collapse. Their story is a powerful testament to passion and perseverance.
