Simple greek idaho potato noodles, finished with fresh mint

So…. did he do it?
GAH!
You know who we're taking about, right? In case you don’t, we're talking about a little documentary called, “Making a Murderer,” that is turning the Internet upside down on it’s tookus. Part of our cop alter ego says the simplest answer is usually the right one and that answer is, he did commit the crime.
BUT! On the other hand, the evidence is so jacked around and not consistent, especially the whole nephew’s confession, etc. that if we were a juror we could not convict him beyond a reasonable doubt.

So, if you haven’t seen this documentary, you need to be prepared to spend 10 hours of your life glued to the TV, which means you need something lighter and satisfying to keep you going! This will comes as no shock to you, but we love potatoes. You’ve seen our love for tater tots holds no bounds. But sometimes, we enjoy the purity of the regular ol’ Idaho potato.

Potatoes get a bad rap this time of year, but let us assure they are full of necessary nutrition just like veggies. Right now, all the rage is spiralizing potatoes. Can you guess what we did with these Idaho potato beauties? We got our spiralizing ON! We are so completely smitten with these potatoes that we may never look at home fries again. Okay, that’s a stretch, but these potato noodles are too fun and simple to mix. We tossed these noodles with fun Greek flavors for a light and lighter meal or side dish.
Can we get an OPA for these Simple Greek Idaho® Potato Noodles with Fresh Mint?
