Three Cheese Onion Dip, baked

Baked Three Cheese Onion Dip is a savory and cheesy appetizer that’s reliable to serve on any occasion!“Delight your taste buds with our savory journey—indulge in the warm embrace of our Baked Three Cheese Onion Dip, a culinary masterpiece that elevates your snacking experience.”

What’s the plan?
For NYE that is.
Are you hitting the town? Going over to a friends house? Hunkering in? We are definitely the latter. After our whirlwind tour of Kansas over the holidays we are ready to chillax, watch some football, drink some bubbles and be in bed by 9pm.

Although we will miss New Yurt Eve. For the past couple of years the Denver Village trotted up to Tennessee Pass to ring in the new year at 11,000 feet. We won’t miss the frigid cold or peeing in an outhouse. However, we will miss waking up and starting a new year in the mountains. Once Charlie is older we hope we can go back!
Anyway, we are still finalizing what we want to make for a NYE dinner. We thought about making coq au vin which is our all-time favorite comfort dish. Or maybe a prime rib? We dunno. We might just do heavy appetizers and include this Baked Three Cheese Onion Dip.

This dip is seriously so cheesy and, did we mention simple? Ha! Just combine all the cheeses, bake until bubbly, and then serve with your favorite dippers. BUT! Don’t forget to wash it all down with a few cocktails. If you need some last minute ideas, we've got a few:
– Orange Ginger Julep

– Turkish Old Fashioned

– Ginger Pomegranate Paloma
– Pomegranate Rum Punch
-Blood Orange Whiskey Negroni
And that’s a wrap on 2019! Cheers to y’all!
