After exhilarating days of chasing fresh powder, we decided to take one morning at a more leisurely pace. Stone Haus Pizzeria and Creamery proved to be the perfect spot for a relaxed late breakfast. We delighted in a spread of hearty egg and avocado bagel sandwiches, classic French toast, and savory breakfast burritos – an ideal fuel-up before or after hitting the slopes. Beyond breakfast, Stone Haus also serves up fantastic lunch and dinner options, specializing in gourmet pizzas with creative toppings. And, of course, no visit is complete without exploring their delectable ice cream menu, offering a sweet ending to any meal or a delightful treat on its own.

Last Chance Southwest Grill: Sunny Outdoor Dining

For our final après-ski experience, we chose the Last Chance Southwest Grill. As enthusiasts of outdoor dining, we found this spot absolutely perfect. It offered a fantastic patio setting where we could comfortably sit outside under the warm Utah sun, sipping cold beers, nibbling on freshly baked homemade cookies, or savoring their incredibly flavorful tacos. Its convenient location right by the Apex lift makes it an ideal final stop for a casual bite and drink before heading back to the lodge or beginning your journey home. The relaxed atmosphere and tasty southwestern fare make it a memorable end to a day on the mountain.

St. Bernard’s: The Grand Culinary Finale

The true pièce de résistance when it comes to dining at Solitude Mountain Resort is undoubtedly St. Bernard’s.
